Full week bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, however we aim to be as flexible as possible
to accomodate short break bookings or alternative start days where available dates allow.
Once you have chosen
a date, contact us by email, phone or mail to reserve the booking and confirm the price;alternatively you can fill in the on-line reservation form at the bottom of this page. We will send you a booking form
and hold the reservation for 7 days, we require a deposit to confirm the booking. Unfortunately, I regret we cannot take
card payments over the phone, but we can take card payments through paypal.
On receipt of your deposit, we will send you written conformation of the booking, and we ask you clear any outstanding
balance 28 days before the date of your holiday.
We are a family run business, and endeavour to reply to enquiries promptly. Please have patience as we will reply

Deposits
Deposit amount is £100
To pay your deposit on line, click the PayPal button.
We would advise that you confirm the availability of
the dates you require before paying a deposit.
Cancellations
If you choose not to confirm your booking, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can make the dates
available for booking again.
If you choose to cancel within 14 days of sending your deposit, please contact us as soon as possible and your deposit
will be returned to you. If you cancel out with this period, the deposit is non-returnable.
Last Minute Bookings
Occasionally we do get cancellations, or weeks that
have not been booked well in advance. In this instance, you will find a reduce rate for the week; and we require the full
amount to be paid on confirmation of the booking. Should you subsequently cancel, no refund will be made.
